Romain Langlois has held various roles in the agricultural industry since 2011. Romain began their career as a Sales Intern at Trical, Inc. in 2011. In 2013, they became the Vegetable Production Manager at California Polytechnic State University. In 2014, they were the Production Manager at Cardilino Berry Soci Inc. and, in 2015, they held two positions at Hortau; Regional Manager - Central Coast and Technician - Grower Support.

Romain Langlois attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2009 to 2014, studying Crop Science.
