Francois Proulx has a long and varied work experience. Francois began their career in 2005 as a Development Agent for Missions Commerciales de l'université Laval. In 2007, they were promoted to Trade Mission Coordinator for the same company. That same year, they also began working as a Marketing Manager for Hortau. In 2009, they moved to Rayco-Wylie Systems, where they held the positions of General Manager and Sales & Service Manager - Americas. In 2016, they started their own business as a Revenue Operations Fractional Executive/Consultant, and also began working as Vice President Customer Experience and Senior Product Manager for AXESnetwork. In 2021, they became a Member of Pavilion, and in 2022 they became a Member of RevOps Co-op. Francois currently holds the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations for Hortau.
Francois Proulx completed their DES at Louis-Jacques-Casault High School from 1996 to 2001. Francois then attended Cégep F-X Garneau from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained their DEC in Arts - Languages. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Université Laval, where they obtained a BAA in International Management and Marketing, as well as a Baccalauréat in Administration et gestion des affaires, général. During this time, they also attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In November 2021, they obtained a Mastership in Revenue Architecture from Winning by Design. In March 2022, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
