Tom Noble is a seasoned Senior Project Manager and Principal at Horsley Witten Group, Inc., a position held since 2000. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Wastewater Program Coordinator for the Town of Essex from 1996 to 2000. Tom began their career as a Hydrologist with the Air National Guard Bureau from 1991 to 1994. Tom holds a Master of Science degree in Hydrology from the University of New Hampshire, obtained between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from William & Mary, completed in 1987.
