Krista Moravec is an experienced environmental planner with a comprehensive background in municipal and community planning. Currently employed at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. since June 2011, Krista previously served as a principal planner at Maguire Group Inc. from 2001 to June 2011. Earlier career experience includes the role of Lead Safe Program Coordinator for the City of East Providence, RI, from 1995 to 2001, where Krista managed a HUD-funded municipal loan/grant program aimed at lead hazard reduction in residential properties, along with community outreach and workforce development initiatives. Krista's educational background includes a Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Affairs with a focus on Coastal Zone Management, also from the University of Rhode Island.
