Justin Lamoureux, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the field. Since November 2022, Justin has served as Principal at Strong Tree Engineering. Concurrently, Justin has been working as a Civil Engineering Estimator at Coastal Excavation Corp since 2019. Additionally, Justin has held the position of Project Manager in Civil Engineering at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. since January 2001. Justin earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, attending from 1996 to 2001, and completed education at South Lancaster Academy from 1992 to 1996.
