Lajla Ry Olsen is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the equestrian industry. Currently serving as the Nordic Key Account Sales Manager at Horseware Ireland since May 2019, Lajla is responsible for business development and performance reporting across the Nordic region. Previous roles include Nordic Field Sales Executive at Horseware Ireland, Sales Representative at Aequipt, and Shop Manager at Toldstedgaard Rideudstyr, where Lajla managed a startup business and oversaw various operational tasks. Additional experience includes administrative roles at LK Equestrian APS and as a Horse Riding Instructor at Revsø Riding School. Lajla holds a Master's degree in Leadership & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern Denmark.
