Mikkel Hjortshøj has extensive experience in the field of education and special needs support, currently serving as Tillidsrepræsentant for pædagogerne in Centerklasserne at Højvangskolen since August 2015. In addition to this, Mikkel is a Videncentermedarbejder with Horsens Kommune, focusing on providing special pedagogical guidance for educators dealing with students with ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. Previous roles include a Medarbejderrepræsentant in the school board, Kontaktperson supporting a 16-year-old, and various pedagogical positions across different educational settings. Mikkel holds a degree in pedagogy from VIA University College and has completed leadership training.
