David Stoy, MBA is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Horowitz Health and its subsidiaries which include Elite Recovery, Drew Horowitz & Associates, Recovery Homes of Minnesota, Recovery Academy, The Landing, and Gateway Detox Center. Prior to his current role, David held positions such as Director of Operations and Associate at Elite Recovery of MN, Senior Associate and Operations Manager at Medley Capital Corporation, Analyst at Barings, and Operations Manager and CDO Portfolio Administrator at U.S. Bank. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Investments and Securities from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
