Jaimin Shah is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Horizontal Integration since July 2017, Jaimin has previously held the position of HR Team Lead at Collabera from October 2013 to June 2017. Earlier roles include HR Consultant at Transpek Sinox for a brief period in 2013, HR Trainee at FAG India, and Commercial Executive at Accord Communication from March 2009 to September 2010. Jaimin holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Social Work from Sardar Patel University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
