Ruchi Singhal is a seasoned Senior Salesforce Consultant at Horizontal Digital, where responsibilities include establishing QA processes and managing the QA team since June 2020. Previously, Ruchi served as a QA Tech Lead at Appirio from December 2013 to June 2020, leading teams on cross-cloud implementation projects and conducting various enablement sessions. Ruchi’s career in quality assurance began as a QA Engineer at Metacube from September 2012 to December 2013, focusing on regression testing and test case creation, and earlier at Emptoris from October 2010 to April 2011, where responsibilities included functional testing and managing test cases in JIRA. Ruchi holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
