Rachael Colton is an Associate Consultant at Portland since November 2021, with prior experience as an Executive in Government Advisory at Fitch Solutions from September to November 2021. Rachael served as a Country Risk and Industry Research Associate Analyst at Global Risk Insights for nearly a year, following a role as a Junior Analyst.
