Emily Carr is an experienced professional currently serving as the Representative Payee Program Coordinator at Horizons, A Family Service Alliance since May 2020, where responsibilities include managing financial representation for clients with Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits. Prior to this role, Emily worked at GreenState Credit Union for over 14 years, holding various positions including Learning and Development Specialist, Account Executive Specialist Trainer, and Financial Services Representative Specialist Trainer, where Emily focused on training and mentoring employees across multiple departments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Member Service Representative at Marine Federal Credit Union and as a Piano Accompanist for New River Baptist Church. Emily holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music Performance from Kirkwood Community College.
