Lynne Bouffard DNP APRN is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient services and clinical management, particularly in rare diseases and chronic conditions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Patient Services for Horizon since August 2020, Lynne ensures patient access to orphan medicines. Prior roles include Area Leader for Patient Services at Novartis, where leadership was provided to a team supporting biologic therapies, and VP of Clinical Programs at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, overseeing healthcare service teams for various medical conditions. Lynne's background includes directorial positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Christiana Care Health System, managing care programs and improving patient outcomes. With an academic foundation that includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Master’s in Nursing Education from the University of Hartford, Lynne combines clinical expertise with strategic insight.
