Scott Noyes has an extensive work experience history. Scott started their career in 1986 as a Production Scheduling role at Binghamton Precast, where they were responsible for scheduling production and supporting the fabrication shop. In 1995, they became a Purchasing Manager at Leinbach Machinery, where they handled material procurement, job costing, and hiring for manufacturing. In 1998, they joined C.E. Smith as a Purchasing Manager, managing all purchasing activities, computer equipment procurement, software installations, and website design. In 2018, they became the Director of Procurement & IT at Horizon Tool, Inc., focusing on procurement and IT operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Horizon Tool, Inc.

Scott Noyes earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from BCC between the years 1986 and 1988.
