Zachery Holmes, BBA, currently serves as a Human Performance and Assessment Subject Matter Expert at Horizon Performance, where responsibilities include conducting project activities, needs analysis, and software implementation to support Special Forces training and development. Prior to this role, Zachery served in the US Army for five years as a Platoon Sergeant, overseeing personnel welfare and readiness, and held various leadership positions, including Company Armorer and Recon Team Leader, managing significant military assets and resources. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at State Farm, advising clients on insurance products, and managing facility operations as Facilities Manager in the University Recreation Department. Zachery holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of West Georgia.
