Jason Cummins serves as the Managing Partner in the Private Sector at Horizon Performance since August 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at the University of Kentucky from June 2009 to August 2021, where roles included Executive Associate Athletics Director and Director of the Impact Leadership Program, focusing on developing leaders of character and competence. Additionally, Jason Cummins has held positions as Professor of Military Science at UK Army ROTC and various leadership roles in the U.S. Army, culminating an extensive military career with responsibilities such as Executive Officer and Operations Officer. Educated at The Wharton School with an MBA in Finance and Public Policy and the University of Kentucky with a BS in Accounting, Jason Cummins possesses a robust background in leadership, education, and operations.
