Charlie Schafer has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, with a career spanning more than three decades. Currently, Charlie serves as a Customer Service Specialist at Matson Logistics since June 2018, while simultaneously holding a customer service role at Matson, Inc. since August 1993. Charlie has also contributed as a senior logistics analyst at Horizon Lines since August 1993 and previously worked as a dispatcher at Sealand from 1993 to 1999. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of the South.
