Arthur Banks serves as Managing Partner at both Horizon Healthcare Staffing and The Horizon Group, roles held since January 1990. Prior to these positions, Arthur worked as an Account Manager at HP from 1985 to 1990, following a sales role at ADP between 1982 and 1985. Arthur holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, both earned from the University at Albany from 1978 to 1982.
