Riddhi Gandhi possesses extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis, currently serving as Product Owner for the Producer Portal and Customer Engagement Hub at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since September 2019. Prior to this role, Riddhi held the position of Senior Consultant and Product Owner at Capgemini, focusing on digital strategy and government programs from April 2016 to September 2019. Riddhi began the career as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at AmeriHealth Caritas from August 2013 to March 2016 and started in the industry as a Business Analyst and Management Trainee at Enterprise from February 2012 to August 2013. Riddhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Baylor University.
