Ravi Patel is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in provider management and healthcare transformation. Currently serving as the Manager of Provider Experience and Management at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since June 2020, Ravi is instrumental in overseeing partnerships with top health systems and accountable care organizations within the Value-Based Program. As a co-founder of Strategic Physical Therapy, an award-winning practice, Ravi has demonstrated a commitment to quality patient care for over a decade. Previous roles include Executive Director at Hospice Of New York and Director of Physician Development at Paragon Private Health, among others. Ravi holds advanced degrees in Executive Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University, a Bachelor’s in Health Science from Long Island University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro University.
