Pamela Coombs has extensive experience in clinical care management within the mental health and substance abuse fields, currently serving as a Clinical Care Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since April 2020. Previously, Pamela held the same title at Beacon Health Options from May 2014 to April 2020, focusing on inpatient and partial treatment of eating disorders. Prior roles include Life Resource Counselor/EAP at OptumHealth and Health Coach at Ceridian, where Pamela provided behavioral health support and coaching. Early career positions included Coordinator of Admissions at The Renfrew Center and Associate Director of the Center for Education Abroad at Arcadia University. Pamela Coombs holds an MA in Counseling Psychology and a BA in Biology, both from Arcadia University.
