Nicole Tornambe is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in the full life cycle recruitment of Sales and Marketing professionals. Currently a Senior Recruiter at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since January 2016, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Quest Diagnostics from April 2005 to December 2015. Prior to that, Nicole worked as a Recruiter at CSA Associates, a pharmaceutical search firm, and as a Staffing Consultant for Tiffany and Company during the holiday season. Nicole's early career included roles in retail recruitment at Home Depot and general human resources at Cintas.
