Kelly Bethea currently serves as Medical Director at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, a position held since June 2015. Prior experience includes Director of Adolescent and Young Adult Health Service at Einstein Healthcare Network from October 2009 to June 2015, where significant improvements in healthcare delivery were achieved through innovative practices and patient engagement. Kelly has also held roles such as Attending Physician and Director of a sub-internship program at Children's Physicians of Westchester, Adolescent Medicine Fellowship Director at Coney Island Hospital, and Medical Director for the Delaware State Juvenile Correctional System. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Spelman College, completed at Temple University, and residencies in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.
