Jeanie Lombardo has extensive work experience at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Jeanie started in 1986 as an Assistant Manager and held various roles such as Quality Assurance Team Leader and Manager of Membership and Accounts Receivable. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Manager of Information Technology, overseeing five cross-functional IT technical service teams. In 2008, they became an IT Business Partner for Horizon New Jersey Health, responsible for leading a team and managing IT demand and delivery. In 2012, they were promoted to Director - Division Information Leader, where they oversaw comprehensive technology planning and strategic implementation of IT programs. Jeanie served as a high-level liaison between Horizon IT leadership and Business Leadership to achieve organizational objectives.
Jeanie Lombardo has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art History from Rutgers University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the IBM Certified Advocate - Cloud v2 from IBM in September 2023 and the SAFe Agilist Certification Certification from SAFe in March 2019.
