Charles Cooney has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Charles started their career at Crosfield Composition Systems Inc as a Programmer Analyst, where they were responsible for communications and systems level programming. Charles later joined Toys R Us, where they held various roles including Director of Service Quality Management and Director of Network Operations. At Toys R Us, they played a key role in transitioning the IT organization to a services organization using the ITIL framework, improving the quality and consistency of service delivery. Charles also managed the operational state of the Toys R Us Network, which included over 1100 frame relay circuits and multiple buildings.
