Candice Acklin Hightower is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health care and entrepreneurship. Currently, Candice serves as the owner of Wood + Rosemary, LLC, established in January 2023, specializing in charcuterie and catering. In addition, Candice has been the Community Education Coordinator at Horizon Healthcare, Inc. since June 2016, and previously held the position of Account Executive at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice from October 2012 to June 2016, along with earlier experience as a Sales Representative at Comfort Care Home Health Services, LLC from November 2007 to October 2012. Educationally, Candice is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership at Samford University and holds an Associate's degree in Nursing from Central Alabama Community College.
