Cynthia Monroe has extensive experience in customer service and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Patient Service Representative at Horizon Eye Care, Cynthia excels in providing exceptional service while managing patient and insurance information. As Associate Director at Sylvan Learning Center, Cynthia oversees a team of 10 teachers across 6 sites, managing a tutorial program for 259 children, including staff meetings and scheduling. Additionally, as the Owner of CREATIONS OF YOU, Cynthia specializes in creating gift baskets and coordinating events.
