Cathy Heck has over 30 years of work experience in the education and social services sector. Cathy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Horizon Education Centers, where they oversee various operations and leads a team of senior leaders. Prior to this, Cathy held the position of Education Services Director at Horizon Activities Center for 7 years.
