Justin Richards is a Customer Relationship Management Manager and Inside Sales Manager at Horizon Education since October 2018. Previously, Justin worked as a Certified Lab Technician at Lenscrafters from March 2015 to July 2020, and as a Financial Service Representative at Mass Mutual Financial Group - Legacy Financial Group from April 2010 to May 2013. Before that, Justin held the position of Certified Lead Lab Technician at Lenscrafters from February 2004 to May 2011. Justin has a strong background in providing financial services and maximizing customer gains, as well as analyzing financial data and implementing strategies to increase profitability. Justin is an alumnus of Rhode Island College, Community College of Rhode Island, and East Providence High School.
