Joe Harker, CGMA, BSc, currently serves as ERP Solutions Manager at Horizon Discovery since July 2018, having previously held the positions of Group Finance Systems Manager and Group Systems Accountant. Prior experience includes roles at Qualcomm from August 2015 to June 2018 as a Senior Staff Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included leading Oracle EBS finance module enhancements, managing business-critical functions, and overseeing integration projects during acquisitions. Earlier career stages featured positions at CSR from March 2006 to August 2015, culminating as IS Business Systems Manager, and in finance roles at Leica Microsystems from September 2002 to March 2006. Joe Harker holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
