Markieta Rose Torrence currently serves as the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Case Management Team Leader at Horizon Behavioral Health, a position held since May 2009, where responsibilities include managing a team of case managers, ensuring compliance with Medicaid and licensure regulations, and overseeing clinical documentation and billing practices.
