Tera Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tera started their career as a Bank Teller at Fort Wayne National Bank in 1992, where they later became an Estate and Personal Trust Administrator until 1997. From 1997 to 1999, Tera worked as an Office Assistant at O'Neals Glass and then transitioned to become a Realtor at Caldwell Banker Roth Wherly Graber from 1998 to 1999. Tera then joined Ash Brokerage as a Brokerage Assistant in 1999 for a year before moving to Horizon Bank. At Horizon Bank, Tera has held various roles, starting as a Senior Trust Administrator from 2000 to 2015, then becoming an AVP & Personal Trust Officer from 2015 to 2022, a VP & Personal Trust Officer from 2022 to 2023, and currently holds the position of VP & Senior Personal Trust Officer.

Tera Gilbert completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Indiana Institute of Technology. Tera attended the institute from 1997 to 1999.
