Don Radde has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President for Horizon Bank in Southwest Michigan since January 2003, Don has also been a Director for Lakeland Health Foundation and Region IV Area Agency on Aging since 2003 and 2002, respectively. A longstanding member of Rotary International since 1980, Don's prior banking career includes positions at Bank of America, People's State Bank, Pinnacle Bank, Civitas Bank, and Fifth Third Bank from 1976 to 2003. Don holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, with additional education from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Michigan.
