Simone Sharma is a dedicated student at the University of Bath, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with Honours and work placement. As a Student Ambassador for the School of Management and a delegate at the NUS Women’s Conference, Simone actively contributes to student representation and gender equality initiatives. Simone is the Founder and Executive Director of Youth Grow Youth, a non-profit organization accelerated by Harvard and Stanford, aimed at empowering young individuals. Additional roles include serving as an Advisory Member for the AI Council at the World Economic Forum, a Harvard Innovative Fellow with the Crimson Youth Entrepreneurship Society, and a Student Researcher at Horizon Academic Research Program, where Simone authored a paper on women leadership in business. Simone's experience also includes leading projects at The Times of India and participating in various academic and professional development programs.
