Øystein Bakke has been working in the financial industry since 2006. Øystein started as a Rådgiverassistent at Janor Finans, then moved to Skandiabanken as a Kunderådgiver in 2009. In 2011, they became a Partner at Optimum, and in 2019 they took on the role of Board Member and co-founder at Horde. Øystein is currently a Partner at Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management Norge.

Øystein Bakke received their Master degree in Strategi/ledelse og finans from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Norges Toppidrettsgymnas from 2003 to 2006.
