Cheryl Campbell has a strong background in marketing and communications. Cheryl started their career in 1988 at Cincinnati Bell Inc, where they served as the Corporate Vice President in charge of corporate communications and public relations. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing public relations practices, coordinating employee communication, and strengthening the company's brand recognition.
In 1998, Cheryl joined Convergys Corporation as the Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications. During their time there, they oversaw marketing and branding, media and public relations, community relations, and employee communications for the company's global operations.
After leaving Convergys, Cheryl worked as the Senior Director of Communications and Marketing at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for managing the organization's communications and marketing efforts.
In 2009, Cheryl joined HORAN as the Vice President of Marketing. Cheryl later became the Chief Marketing and Brand Officer, where they were responsible for the firm's overall reputation and brand image. Cheryl directed the creation and implementation of all marketing activities, including brand management, lead generation, content marketing, and social media.
