Prior to the fintech sector, Lakshmi held positions at Accenture in the Netherlands as Associate Manager in Intelligent Cloud & Infrastructure, and as a Cloud Transformation & Migration Consultant. Lakshmi's early career includes roles as a Water Technology Market Analyst at BlueTech Research and as a Mock Interviewer and Academic Mentor at Oxbridge Applications. Lakshmi’s academic background includes a PhD in Engineering Science focused on Sustainable Water Engineering and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, alongside an MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
