Laura Grohens is an experienced professional in customer success and client coordination, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at HopLunch since January 2024. Previously, Laura held various roles at Better from October 2020 to November 2023, including Client Coordinator Team Lead and Client Coordinator, where responsibilities included team escalations, audits, and customer support for an in-house title insurance agency.
