Jonathas de Aquino Rosa has over 19 years of work experience in the finance and accounting fields. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as an Auxiliary Accountant at the Association of Catarinenses Magistrates. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Accounting Analyst at Portobello Group. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Accountant at Komcorp, where they were awarded the INITIATIVE STANDOUT certificate and the HONOR MERIT STANDOUT BIMESTER plaque. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Administrative and Financial RI Assistant at Imex Medical Group. From 2010 to 2022, they worked at Hoplon as the Financial and Administrative Manager, Controller, Accountant, Administrative Supervisor, and Accounting Analyst. In 2022, they became the CEO of LEAN BPO FINANCEIRO.

Jonathas de Aquino Rosa received their MBA in Controladoria e Finanças from Universidade Candido Mendes in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bacharel in Ciências Contábeis from UNIVALI between 2003 and 2006.
