Jean Bouquet de Joliniere is a distinguished professor of gynecological and oncological surgery at Hôpital Fribourgeois (HFR), where jean has served since October 2011. jean holds the position of deputy head of the gynecological and obstetric surgery department and leads the gynecological oncology surgery unit, specializing in cancers affecting the breast, uterus, ovaries, vulva, and vagina. Additionally, Jean co-founded the HFR and Daler Breast Center and served as its deputy director until 2020. From May 2017 to May 2019, jean was the president of the clinical ethics committee for the Canton of Fribourg and also held the position of president of the Gynaecologists of Fribourg. Jean earned a DES with specializations in endocrinology, nutrition, reproduction, sterility, urogynaecology, senology, oncology, and sexology from various medical faculties between 1975 and 1984, as well as a DIU in sexology from the universities of Marseille, Lyon, and Geneva from 1980 to 1983.
