Kristan S. has over 20 years of experience in technology and leadership roles. In their most recent position as the Director of Technology Operations and Innovation at HopeWell Inc, they developed and implemented a technology strategy to support operational transformation and increased efficiency. They also oversaw the implementation of Microsoft's Power Platform and the Non-Profit Common Data Model to improve operational efficiency and data utilization. Prior to this, Kristan S. worked as the Director of Technology Services at Education Resource Strategies, where they aligned technology architecture roadmaps and prioritized strategic initiatives. They also served in various technology roles at Boston Plan for Excellence and started their career as a Staff & Senior Consultant at Accenture.

Kristan S. has a BA degree in Social Psychology (Org. Behavior) from Harvard University, obtained from 1989 to 1993. Kristan also earned an M.Ed. degree in Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, during the period of 2004 to 2006.
