The Leadership Team at HopePHL is responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational management, and overall mission of the organization. This team consists of key executives and directors who oversee various functional areas including resource development, programs, advocacy, property management, and financial strategy. They work collaboratively to ensure that HopePHL effectively provides housing, advocacy, and trauma-responsive social services to families, youth, and young children facing or at risk of homelessness, promoting equity, resilience, and well-being across the community.
