Joseph Fraam has over 15 years of experience in process improvement and operations management. Currently serving as Process Improvement Executive Director at Hope Network since May 2011, Joseph has also held several key positions within the organization, including Executive Director, Senior Operations Director, and Process Improvement Facilitator. Prior to joining Hope Network, Joseph worked at Pridgeon and Clay from May 2004 to May 2011 as a Lean, Health and Safety Specialist.
