Lashel Walters has extensive experience in financial coordination and management, currently serving as the Fiscal Coordinator at Hope House Foundation since 2020, where responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and year-end tax documentation. Prior to this role, Lashel worked as the Membership Experience Director at YMCA of South Hampton Roads, overseeing daily operations for a branch with a $1.2 million budget, and as the Regional Finance Coordinator for YMCA of Greater Charlotte, managing budgets for multiple branches. Early career experiences include positions as a Merchant Assistant at Belk and a Specialist at Apple Inc. Lashel holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
