Susan Shoemaker possesses extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at HOPE Helps, Inc. since February 2016. In this role, Susan effectively manages the Thrift Boutique. Prior to this position, Susan spent over a decade at Macy's, where roles included Sales Manager for Macy's by Appointment, Assistant Store Manager for HR/Ops, and Merchandise Team Manager, focusing on personal shopping, corporate sales, and merchandising support. Earlier experience includes a Sales Manager position at Burdines/Macy's from July 2000 to February 2004.
