Diane Isla currently serves as the Director of Administration at HOPE Helps, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing various administrative functions, Human Resources, IT, and Facility Management since January 2017. Previous roles in human resources management encompassed positions as Human Resources Operations Manager and Human Resources Office Manager, focusing on employee hiring, policies, and communication. Diane's experience also includes serving at Staples as Marketing and Print Production Supervisor, where the emphasis was on customer satisfaction and managing relationships in the Copy & Print Center. Earlier service in the US Army involved roles including Volunteer Supervisor, Program and Conference Assistant/Instructor, and newsletter editor, contributing to community engagement and organizational communication. Diane holds a Certificate in Leadership Practice, Organizational Leadership from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and an Associate degree in Business from the University of Maryland University College-Asia.
