Craig Proctor serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Altria Client Services Inc. since January 2010, and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Hope For The Warriors® since January 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Assistant General Counsel at Philip Morris International from January 2009 to January 2010, and Managing Partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon from July 2006 to January 2009, where Proctor had also served as Partner from September 1993 to June 2006. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Iowa College of Law, a Master of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in History, Political Science, and International Studies from Iowa State University. Additionally, Proctor has pursued Japanese language studies at several institutions, including Ritsumeikan University and Indiana University Bloomington.
