Tom Kruppstadt JD FMCHC has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tom started their career as a Howitzer Battery Commander in the US Army from 1985 to 1993. After that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Trimble Gauntt, PLLC from 1995 to 1998, and then became the Managing Partner at Gauntt and Kruppstadt LLP from 1998 to 2007.
In 2008, Tom transitioned to the nonprofit sector and took on the role of S.E. Texas Regional Coordinator for NavFusion (Collegiate Ministries) at The Navigators from 2008 to 2011. Tom then joined Grace School of Theology as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel (COO/CFO) in 2008 and continued until 2020.
Tom also co-founded and managed The Grace Foundation, serving as the VP, Secretary, and Treasurer from 2014 to 2020. In 2015, they became the President (CEO/CFO) of Grace Asia, Inc. Simultaneously, Tom also held the position of Health Coach, COO/CFO & General Counsel at Hope for Healing, a functional medicine and primary care practice based in Shenandoah, Texas.

Tom Kruppstadt JD FMCHC has a diverse education history. Tom attended Edina Senior High School from 1977 to 1981, earning their Diploma. After high school, they pursued a B.S. in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 1985. Tom later enrolled in Baylor University School of Law from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained their J.D. degree with a focus on Business & Health Care Law. In 2022-2023, they attended the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc., although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
