Lie Chen Tan has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and leadership roles. They currently hold the position of Chief Information Officer at Hop Lun since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as VP, Transformation at PCI from August 2020 to January 2023. In this role, they led digital transformation efforts and strategic planning for IT. From March 2019 to August 2020, they were the Group Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Findwork Pte Ltd, a recruitment software startup. They were responsible for decision-making and operational oversight of the organization. Before that, they served as the Information Technology Director for South Asia Pacific at Sanmina from October 2017 to February 2019. In this role, they directed IT strategy, process automation, and budgeting for projects across multiple countries. Prior to that, they held the position of Information Technology Director for Singapore, South Malaysia, and Indonesia at Flex from May 1998 to October 2017. They led IT operations and implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies for productivity improvement and cost savings.

Lie Chen Tan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Coventry University. The timeframe for this degree is unknown. As for certifications, Lie Chen Tan obtained a certificate in Creating Your IT Strategy from LinkedIn in August 2021.
