Damien Thierry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding, project management, and digital consulting. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Onboarding for Hootsuite in the EMEA region since July 2018, Damien has held various roles within the company, progressing from Implementation Specialist to Senior Implementation Consultant. Prior experience includes a project management role at Facebook, where responsibilities encompassed the rollout of charitable giving tools across 16 EMEA countries, and a stint as a Digital Consultant at Mynewsdesk, supporting major brands in optimizing their media presence. Additional roles span marketing and sales for Global Vocational Skills Ltd, social media management for the Incheon 2014 Asian Para Games, and international business development at Avazu Inc. Damien holds a Master of Arts in International Trade from Sogang University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Business from Avans University and NEOMA Business School.
